Shifts Available: 5x8's, 40 hours per week
- 2:45p - 10:45p
Contract Length: 14 weeks (eligible for extension)

Pay Breakdown
- Blended Hourly Pay: $21
- Blended Weekly Pay: $840
Benefits: Full health coverage including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as access to our 401k retirement plan

Requirements
- Active Licenses/Certifications: BLS (if there are any certifications of yours that are expiring, we will pay to have them renewed!)
- Minimum 2 years experience in LTC
