Pace is currently hiring Full Time Box Truck Delivery Drivers (Non-CDL) for immediate start in our Little Rock AR market. Join a team of professional drivers who are service first, safety first, and culture first!

As a non-CDL Box Truck Driver, you will make multi-stop business to business deliveries in and around the Little Rock area. Deliveries are made in 26' box trucks with a lift gate and will require unloading palletized freight at local customer locations. Deliveries require pick up/loading freight at cross docks then unloading palletized freight at USPS locations. Most deliveries include loading/unloading palletized freight using a pallet jack. Routes run Monday through Friday from 6 am to 6pm Earn up to $900 per week!

Key Responsibilities for Non-CDL Box Truck Driver:

• Pick up freight and deliver to Pace's customers in scheduled time-frame
• Load and unload freight
• Breakdown pallets for customer as needed
• Use Pace delivery app/scanner to track and document all deliveries.
• Maintain good relationships with our customers when delivering.
• Punctuation, and accuracy on all deliveries.
• Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner.

What does it take to work for Pace?

• Experience driving a Box Truck or qualified commercial vehicle.
• Not afraid to touch freight when needed.
• Must meet background and drug screening requirements.
• Valid DOT Med Card.
• Drivers must be 21 or older.
