Qualis Corporation is seeking a Military Analyst SME to support operations at the Naval Support Activity in Orlando, FL.

Essential Functions:

• Assess and provide guidance for training and education systems, capability development and doctrine development
• Works as a member of an Integrated Project Team (IPT); provides acquisition life cycle systems engineering support for training simulator, simulations, training aids, and test and training instrumentation systems to the IPT on assigned projects.
• Provide support for requirements analysis, design and test; supporting development of acquisition documentation; supporting cost estimation ; review technical documentation; participating in design reviews, teleconferences, meetings, and discussions concerning systems upgrades, reporting on all findings, conclusions, and issues concerning these development and upgrades, and conduct in-plant and on-site testing.
• Interact with contractors and customers.
• Travel as required to support meetings, conferences, data gathering, and testing events, both CONUS and OCONUS.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of military doctrine and tactics.
• Knowledge of the Military logistics process.
• Knowledge of the deployment and employment of military combat, combat support, and or combat service support systems.
• Knowledge of acquisition products and other training support materials.
• Knowledge of military command relationships and operating procedures at the Joint, unified and specified command level and operational force employment.
• Knowledge of Training Aids, Devices, Simulation and Simulators (TADSS) and of operational testing.
• Knowledge of the Joint planning process.
• Knowledge of the development and production of live, virtual and constructive training.
• Extensive knowledge of military doctrine, tactics and procedures, and individual, crew, and collective training development and management.

Position Requirements:

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in relevant discipline
• 10+ years of experience
