What will you do as a Med-Tech?

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents, including self-administration.
• Keep charting documentation current and report resident status changes.
• Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies. Keep medication files and medical records current and up to date.
• Provide compassionate care, engagement, companionship, and support with activities of daily living to the residents in a team setting as needed.

If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:

• Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a CNA or HCA license in the state of WA
• Must complete and pass State required Medication Aide/Tech course.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• Experience with Memory Care (dementia and Alzheimer's) is a plus.
• Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus.
• Successful candidates must be able to pass a background check, pre-employment TB, and Physical if hired.
