We are a cosmetic medical practice seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to perform a variety of front office and back offices and patient coordinating duties. We are looking for someone who is a "people person" and a team player. The most important asset for the job is the ability to connect with people and attention to detail.
Someone with a high aptitude for learning and a great outgoing personality is a plus.
Front Office Responsibilities include:
- Answer phones
- Charting
- Greet patients
- Update Patient Information as required
- Assist with Scheduling
- Enter data into EMR/PM software
Back Office Responsibilities include:
- Room patients
- Obtain vitals
- Patient history
- Assist the provider with patient treatment plans/estimates
Additional Responsibilities: Maintain work area, exam rooms. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with physician and staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
