Hale Men's Clinic in Eugene, Oregon is looking for an MA or LPN with a passion for providing healthcare specifically to male patients using a patient-centered approach. An individual who has a positive, upbeat disposition and has excellent customer service skills is required! Attention to detail and being able to work independently is a must. This opportunity would allow you to learn, grow professionally and be part of an emerging, exciting new concept in healthcare. Our culture is fast paced and fun-- our patients are typically healthy and without complicated medical problems. We currently have over 400 patients that are on weekly therapy! Some of the responsibilities of this role are:

· Schedule patients and answer incoming calls

· Take patient vitals: weight, blood pressure, hematocrit

· Administer weekly injections of multiple medications in accordance with doctor’s treatment plan.

· Draw serum labs, therapeutic phlebotomy

· Chart patient care in EMR

· Audit patient charts for MD visits and labs

· Verify Insurance eligibility

· Audit Billing: work closely with billing to make sure all charges are being captured

· Check in and check out all patients in EMR

· Establish and manage professional and personalized relationships with all patients

· Patient retention & celebration of patient milestones: birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

· Be able to speak intelligently to potential patients about Hale and the medical services that we offer

· Facility duties:

o Order office supplies: business cards, paper, ink, brochures, etc.

o Order medical supplies and medications

o Filing

o Light cleaning, organization, stocking supplies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
