We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager that will be responsible for maintaining and segmenting Waterford.orgs customer database and acting as the resident expert for the organizations marketing automation tool (Hubspot).

In this role you will work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to build targeted email marketing lists, external surveys, automated drip campaigns, manage custom forms and landing pages, understand back-end integrations with other systems, track growth and trends across all contacts, and share observations and insights with the broader team. You will collaborate to build reports and dashboards in other data management systems that serve team-specific and organization-wide needs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Demand Generation team and complete precision campaigns that move leads through the funnel and turn customers into advocates
  • Create dashboards in Hubspot and support integrations of marketing metrics into other management systems (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce)
  • Build and share critical reports and metrics with departments across the organization
  • Manage segmentation of contact lists across all Waterford products and programs
  • Collect data on customer actions, seek useful trends, and share insights with other members of the marketing department
  • Build dynamic and static automations for both external communications and internal operations
  • Assist in building and distributing customer-facing surveys
  • Act as an administrator of marketing software, supporting our data team with training and managing users as well as troubleshooting software issues
  • Continuously champion, promote, and advance diversity, equity, and inclusive excellence
  • Collaborate on and contribute to organizational DEI efforts and goals

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing
  • Proven experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot required) and CRM tools (Salesforce and Power BI preferred)
  • Knowledge of email marketing and contact segmentation methodologies
  • Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Waterford.org team members are located across the United States and primarily work from home. We anticipate this position will pay a salary of $80,000+ annually depending on the education, experience and skill level of the individual we hire. We offer a phenomenal benefits package that includes fully paid primary premiums for health insurance, dental insurance, basic life insurance, and disability insurance. New hires receive a one-time HSA contribution. Retirement contributions are matched up to 5% by the organization. Plus, a generous vacation, sick, and holiday offering.
