Seeking compassionate, energetic, and team-oriented persons as Licensed Practical Nurses for a variety of

shifts and schedules.

Starting wage at: $25.00/hour*
Shift differential wage add-on bonus of $2.00/hour offered for evening shifts.

These flexible positions range from casual, part-time (16-30 hours per week) up to

full-time (30+ hours per week) with alternating weekend and holiday

assignments and additional shifts available during vacations and/or leaves. Shifts are typically 6:30
a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 2:30 to 11:00 p.m.

Licensed Practical Nurse Job Duties:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, responsibilities focus on providing direct-care to residents. These include

but are not limited to:

• Provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration, observation,

• Understand and carry out technical oral and written instructions

• Recognize significant changes in the condition of residents, and take necessary action

• Assist with the development, revision, and implementation of the resident plan of care

• Cooperate with other staff when coordinating nursing services so that resident’s total regimen of

• Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance

Required Skills:
• Licensed Practical Nurse with a current state of Wisconsin license

• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed

• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills

• Working knowledge of health care laws and regulations
