LPN Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient health and maintain up to date records of the patient condition
• Adjust patient care plan as needed, and communicate patient progress as needed
• Aide with prescribed exercises
• Routine basic care: administering medication, dress and bandage wounds if needed, check patient’s pulse, temperature, and oxygen levels
• Help the patient with transfers in their homes
• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Engage and interact with your patient, interact with them via conversation, games, and other entertainment formats!

LPN Requirements:

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields is preferred
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Negative TB Test within the last 12 months or Chest X-Ray
• Physical within the last 6 months
• CPR Certification
• Driver's License or State ID

Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour
