Description: NSI requires a Journeyman Logistics Analyst to support PMA 213 PSMI. The Journeyman Logistics Analyst will provide support to the senior personnel in the area of Property Governance/Management to include those property accountability functions essential to achieving audit readiness, accomplishing inventory control of GE-R and OM&S-R owned property and maintaining accurate inventory records. Performs planning and implementation of physical inventories. May trains junior level personnel as required. Supports senior personnel to track inventory status of GE-R and OM&S-R at physical locations and prepare responses to Command Property Office data calls. Analyzes N-ERP data for assigned physical locations and recommend remediation as needed. Posts transactions in the Asset Management (AM) module of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) for the General Equipment-Remainder (GE-R) managed inventory and the Inventory Management (IM) module for the Operating Material and Supplies-Remainder (OM&S-R) managed inventory of N-ERP.

Required Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, excellent communication and inter-personal skills, and strong organizational skills.

Desired Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, including Microsoft Teams; Familiarity with N-ERP GE-R Transaction Code to include: ZRSAM0001 Triennial Physical Inventory Report, AS01 Create Asset Master Record for Current Fiscal Year/Prior Fiscal Year, ABSO Miscellaneous Transaction (Add Value) Current Fiscal Year/Previous Fiscal Year, AB08 Reverse FI Posting, ABAVN Retirement by Posting, AS02 Update/Change an Asset Record, AS03 Display an Asset Record. Familiarity with OM&S-R Transaction Codes to include: MIGO 221Q Goods Issue to a Project, 101Q Goods Receipt for Purchase Order, 501Q Goods Receipt Without PO, MB51 Material Document List, MB52 List of Warehouse Stocks on Hand, 311Q Transfer Storage Location (SLOC) to (SLOC)/batch to batch, MMBE Stock Overview, MM03 Display Material.

Location: Lexington Park, MD

Education: BS or BA degree. An additional five (5) years of acquisition or operational logistics management experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.

Allowable Substitution: An MS or MA degree may be substituted for two (2) years of operations logistics experience.

Experience: At least six (6) years of experience in operational logistics support/maintenance engineering or Demonstrated Master Logistician (DML) plus three (3) years of recent experience in acquisition logistics/maintenance engineering. Three (3) years’ experience in technical analysis of operational ILS requirements. Three (3) years of specific experience in operational logistics planning. Experience or education demonstrating ability to perform IPS studies, analysis, and evaluations in support of DoD weapons systems/equipment.

Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is Required. Must be U.S. citizen.
