Primary Responsibility

To provide general IT support to all company departments

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage configuration and deployment of computers, printers, wireless devices, cell phones, radios, and anything else technical in nature.
• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person or electronically
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

Skill and Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments
• Experience with troubleshooting PC’s, laptops, printers, network connectivity, mobile and wireless devices, copiers, and scanners.
• Professional written and interpersonal skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage projects efficiently
• Good documentation and organizational skills
• Extensive experience working with Microsoft Windows

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for the length of your shift
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
• Ability to bend and stand as necessary
