Job Description:

This position can be a hybrid, remote or an in-person role. Applicants local to the Redding area will be given priority.
Core Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator will interface with clients, internal service and project departments. This position reports to the Managed Services Supervisor to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and providing client satisfaction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating and facilitating client project meetings, including kickoff meetings, cadence update meetings and closure meetings.
- Coordinating Project and Vendor Resources to meet deadlines.
- Working with the Procurement Team to ensure delivery of project equipment.
- Assist in creation of project delivery documentation.
- Ensure Project Team is meeting deadlines and budget goals.
- Ensure that the client is satisfied with project status.
- Responsible for the onboarding of new clients and coordinating with the Sales, Project, and Service Delivery Teams to meet onboarding deadlines and goals.
- Maintaining a current level of training to ensure understanding of the technical capabilities of solutions.
- Understand project scopes, required resources, technological constraints, and cost estimates in the context of business impacts and identified risks.
- Working with the Technical Team to create and execute project work plans, revising as appropriate to meet the needs and requirements of our customers.
- Communicating project objectives and success criteria to the technical team.
- Identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities.
- Assuring that projects are completed according to schedule and within budget.
- Reviewing deliverables prepared by the team before delivery to customers.
- Working collaboratively with vendors and other teams within the organization to create positive client outcomes.
- Assisting with quality assurance processes and documentation where needed.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of project coordination software.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills.
- A solid understanding of project coordination methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations, and run team meetings.
- An ability to anticipate issues, identify future choke points, and work ahead to alleviate potential issues.
- An ability to manage many projects simultaneously.
- Great attention to detail and be highly organized.

Physical Requirements:
Work is primarily knowledge-worker oriented using computer systems. Occasional exertion and lifting of up to 20 pounds to move office or computer equipment. Occasional crawling, kneeling, and squatting. Constant use of computer (keyboard/mouse), and phone. Visually inspects, prepares, and analyzes data & figures, views computer constantly. Occasional travel (car). Occasional exposure to outdoor environmental conditions from travel.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is expected to start at $65,000. Our offer will be determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amount listed above.
