Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of nursing facilities, assisted living residents, and their caregivers. We are currently hiring an Intake Admissions Representative to join our team!

As an Intake Admissions Representative, you will help link the patients’ information to our pharmacy database for billing and medical records. Experience is not required, and we will complete all your training on-site, person to person. If you are interested in getting into medical billing or pharmaceutical experience, this is a great entry-level position to start your career path.

As the Intake Admissions Representative your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Complete the new resident admissions process including verification of resident, doctor, billing, and insurance information.
• Manage delivery of customer agreements, HIPAA packets, and document receipt.
• Verify prior authorizations and insurance
• Assist other departments as needed or assigned by supervisor.
