Institutional Clients Group (ICG) Client Experience - VP (Hybrid) Job at Citi

Position Objective:
The Client Experience Group is a dynamic and growing team responsible for leading high impact initiatives that drive Citi’s transformation and client priorities. The group partners with stakeholders across ICG Businesses, Operations, and Technology to formulate and execute ICG Client Experience strategy.
The Client Experience Group is part of the ICG Client Strategy and Analytics organization, which partners with ICG businesses to deliver actionable insights from global, cross-business client data. The organization is led by John Hillman who reports to Paco Ybarra, CEO of ICG.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate across a diverse set of stakeholders: ICG Businesses, Operations, Technology and senior executives to innovate and execute client experience solutions
  • Present and clearly articulate Client Experience data and strategy to internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior management
  • Craft reports, slides, talking points, and other materials to convey Client Experience roadmap, milestones, and operational metrics succinctly and clearly
  • Engage and drive organization in Client Experience innovation and introduce ideas for improving overall Client Experience
  • Communicate regular updates to ICG leadership including presentations and executive summaries
  • Contribute to analytical and non-analytical projects; respond to ad-hoc inquiries

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, business strategy, technology, consulting, change management, corporate development, or similar area
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize and convey key trends and insights to executive audience
  • Resourceful, solutions-oriented individual who can execute well and be comfortable in a fast-paced and fluid environment
  • Self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and completes projects with high energy and strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and take ownership
  • Strong project management, capable of managing multiple & concurrent complex projects from start to finish
  • Excellent presentation and verbal / written communication skills
  • Advanced Powerpoint, Excel, and data management skills

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
