Our practice is searching for a part-time, possibly full-time experienced Human Resources Assistant to help with managing a wide array of HR functions in our medical practice and research center. The ideal candidate will be able to help provide administrative support to the Human Resources by compiling data, updating our database, processing new employee paperwork and coordinating benefit requests.

Responsibilites:

  • Create and maintain payroll records and be a backup for ADP Payroll to include entering information into QuickBooks.
  • Recruiting and onboarding new employees to include reviewing employee handbook and policies and procedures.
  • Maintain personnel records.
  • Respond to questions or concerns from employees or managers concerning employee benefits or other HR-related issues.
  • Assist managers and employees in developing action plans to solve personnel problems.
  • Manage FMLA/leave paperwork and processes
  • Provide support to managers and employees who are working on employee relations issues.
  • Large employer health insurance compliance documentation and tasks.
  • Distribute employee communications, such as performance evaluations, benefits information, and policy changes.
