If you are looking to build a strong career, we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for a HR Representative (Temporary) to join our team located at our facility in Huntersville, NC.
This is a temporary position (2-3 months, 240 hours per week).
Your Role:
As an HR Representative (Temporary), you will be responsible for assisting with RCP’s new, current and former employees to assist in the hiring, administration and training processes. This role adheres to all the rules and policies of the organization as well as ensuring RCP’s practices comply with all local, state and federal regulations. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Process leave of absence paperwork and requests.
- Process and prepare ADA/accommodation requests.
- Respond to employee questions and concerns regarding a wide variety of issues (benefits, work schedules, transfers, promotions, safety, performance, pay, and company policies).
- Adhere to all the rules and policies of the organization as well as ensuring RCP’s practices comply with all local, state and federal regulations.
- Explain concepts, practices and procedures used in the Consumer-Packaged Goods and/or manufacturing industry.
Ultimately, you will use your organization skills to ensure the successful operation of the HR team and will also help ensure that our employees are well-informed and satisfied.

We need you to have:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of related professional Human Resource experience
- Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Knowledge of applicable state, federal, local employment labor laws and regulations
Icing on the cake:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field
- SAP experience
- Bilingual (Spanish), preferred
