Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working HR/Assistant for a company based in Buford, Georgia. In this role, you will assist the HR Manager, Safety & Office Administration in structuring the department to accommodate the company’s rapid growth. Among other duties, you will support the HR Manager, Safety & Office Administration with general office administration, human resources, and payroll administration, including documenting staff changes, performance reports, and communications. Their duties include scheduling onboarding tasks, processing payroll updates, and managing communications for the HR department.

Pay Rate
$60,000 to $70,000 per year

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.

HR Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and manage employees’ expense reports to ensure the expenses are within the policy limits
• Organizing and maintaining employee records, entering new hire data, and updating any previous employees’ data in the HR and payroll system
• Recruit and fill open positions by sourcing candidates, placing job ads, screening and interviewing candidates, and working with the hiring supervisor to manage the overall process.
• Prepare and process payroll timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with PEO provider, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities.

HR Assistant Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, human resources, and payroll preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in HR or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role
