GROUNDSKEEPER - Natomas, CA

Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest real estate developers in the nation, is excited to recruit for a professional, dependable candidate to hire as our new Groundskeeper at Homecoming at Creekside, one of our large, upscale apartment communities in the Sacramento area.

As our new Groundskeeper, you will:

• Provide property & grounds cleaning
• Have various custodial/janitorial duties & handle light painting projects
• Walk your community & maintain the grounds for attractiveness and safety
• Most importantly, give Lewis residents & visitors your warm and personable, customer-service enthusiasm

• Moving and transporting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Bending and/or stooping repeatedly over time.
• Ascending/descending stairs and ladders as needed.
• Ability to exchange information and converse with company employees and the general public by speaking/reading/writing English.

Please note: Weekend work will be required. A valid driver's license is also required.

This is a full-time position offering a $20.00/hour wage, maintenance technician training and sincere advancement potential. Many Lewis Groundskeepers move on to become Apartment Maintenance Technicians, Corporate Mail-room staff & much more!
