CarePro of NY, Licensed Home Care Agency is seeking a Full Time Front Desk Coordinator-Bilingual Spanish to join our team of professionals and growing company.
CarePro of NY is a Licensed Home Care Services Agency and Fiscal Intermediary rooted in the communities and culture of the New York metropolitan area.
Understanding what it takes to support the senior population across the continuum of health care needs, CarePro of NY Home Care Services stands ready with dedicated professionals and expert staff, and support resources to assist members and optimize their home health care. We are looking for someone who is driven, and takes the initiative and complete tasks, and who has met and exceeded goals in prior experience.
All applicants will be kept confidential. THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties related to the reception/switchboard including call and visitor handling. • Meet, greet and announce visitors in a professional manner. • Ensure visitors are identified in accordance with security & Covid-19 procedures. • Handle visitor office space requests as required • Monitor and update employee calendar throughout the day. • Daily Covid clearance procedures for staff • Proactively ensure that excellent housekeeping standards are maintained in common areas • Communicate and Liaise regularly with colleagues booking conference rooms to verify requirements and expedite changes. • Catering and coffee set up for client meetings • Assist with any special projects. • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: • Minimum of 1-3 years of previous Front Desk / Receptionist experience, preferably in a service industry. • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) • Excellent organizational and administrative skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and Internet applications • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with superior telephone manner • Must be attentive to detail, accurate, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a high pressure, fast paced environment • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimum direction • Must be reliable/dependable • Must have previous customer service experience • Must be bi-lingual Spanish/English
