We are looking to hire a working Foreman to lead a crew in residential concrete repair projects for our customers located in Long Island, NY.
$20 - $23 per hour plus commission at project completion
This individual must possess knowledge, skills, and experience in;
Concrete work or related trade, one or more years of experience in a construction trade and management or an equivalent combination of education and experience to illustrate a proven track record in the industry. Job-site safety, operating equipment, responsibilities of a foreperson, the desire to provide the highest quality service to customers. Customer service, leadership/management, communication skills.
Requirements needed for the position include;
A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, the ability to operate a vehicle larger than a pick-up truck. Ability to walk, move, and lift heavy items. Reliable attendance.
