JOB TITLE: F-15 Senior Supply Advisor (Supply Chain Advisor)

SUMMARY:

DAWSON is looking for the next Senior Supply Advisor for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) F-15 Supply Services contract, located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate shall advise senior level RSAF supply chain management personnel and make recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce cost. The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels.

Location: This position is in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide studies, data, briefings, etc. to support any recommendations as required by RSAF supply management staff.
• Own the creation and communication of routine supply chain reporting.
• Develop, implement, and quantify supply chain solutions to improve capabilities / reduce costs.
• Create strategies to improve the item level customer forecasts, inventory turns, and in-stocks.
• Execute replenishment plans for modular changes that provide solutions for store count changes.
• Drive continuous improvement in the internal forecasting / supply process to optimize working capital while meeting customer goals.
• Heavily involved in customer logistics initiatives such as on time in full (OTIF) and submission of facility closure calendars.
• Review store level data that results in the reduction of slow-moving inventory and drives turns.
• Develop positive working relationships with our cross functional partners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in business related subject and/or 6 years aviation logistical support experience performing complex logistics work to include assisting in the planning, coordinating, and integrating the overall logistics / supply support requirements of all organic aviation systems and assets and a proven track record.
• Unquestionable values with an analytical, solutions-oriented approach to business.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Possess a strong understanding of operational / supply chain business disciplines.
• Strategic team player who works effectively with others to drive cooperative solutions.
• Possess knowledge of transportation and its relationship to lead times and OTIF
• Ability to provide in-depth analysis, strategies leveraging that analysis, and execution against those strategies.
• Strong ability to communicate with all levels of employees located throughout organization.
• Proven ability to build strong team relationships and build credibility.
• Successful record of strong analytics with the ability to understand complex businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small projects.
