Our Lexington campus is ready to grow, and our world-class team is looking for Experienced Manufacturing Technicians like you! We need individuals with strong manufacturing and operations experience to help take our production efforts to the next level!

You'll be responsible for:

• Learning from film industry experts
• Monitoring resin levels, optimizing intake, and verifying resins each run
• Operating state-of-the-art blown film lines
• Working as a team player to reach consistent output goals
• Train with world-class leaders and experts in the blown film industry
• Controlling completed film rolls and taking them off of the line

Our ideal candidate has:

• 2 year technical degree, or Bachelor Degree (engineering discipline preferred) or equivalent experience
• 5 to 7 years of successful experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to build positive relationships with all levels of personnel, including Leadership Teams.
• A driven team player who is eager to learn
