Position Summary:

The Payroll Secretary will provide support to the Finance Manager across all spectrums.

Qualifications:

• 
  The Payroll Secretary must have at least a High School Diploma. Previous related experience preferred, but not required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

• Strong Analytical skills, strong personal computer skills

• Demonstrated competence in data collection and data input

• Extremely well organized

• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help maintain all workflow alongside the Finance Manager

• Input and scan data and time sheets as needed

• Inputting of data for the Home Care Division

• Update and review all necessary excel spreadsheets

• Work alongside Finance Manager during Payroll cycles

• Verification of Employee Benefits through Payroll

• Keep the record of necessary employee information for Payroll purposes
