Perform a full range of duties including troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining electro-mechanical, mechanical, and electronic systems in large factory, part of a team of 20 who support the day to day operation and new equipment installations - ($45,000,000 in last 2 years). Systems include: High Volume Metal Processing, High Temperature treating, hardening, quenching, tempering, cutting, grinding, and vacuum chamber welding. Strong TPM schedule keeps systems in good working order.

Can read and understand documentation and use trade mathematics along with precision measuring / testing instruments. Need a good working knowledge of sensors and monitoring devices for temperature, flow, pressure, voltage, current and other parameters. Knowledge of machinery operating software / hardware such as PLC's and VFD controls.

The Company would like to build up Electrical / Electronic service capability of team, as applying more and more automation & monitoring with each new upgrade or replacement of equipment.

What we’re looking for:

· Experience with installing, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing Electrical & Electronic Control Systems and components.

· Mechanical capability or interest in rapidly learning key aspects of basic mechanics to contribute on regular wear replacements and maintenance (bearings, guides, power transmission, heating elements, etc..).
