About The Job:

The Electronic Information Tech provides support to internal and external customers by conducting a wide variety of tasks utilizing Picture and Archiving Communications Systems (PACS) and Radiology Information System (RIS) technology. Electronic Information Techs take actions to make sure appropriate Radiology studies for patients are available, both locally and at other medical facilities for continuance of care.

What we are looking for:

Education:

• High School education is required

• Medical Assistant/Office degree is preferred

Experience:

• A minimum year of one year of office experience or a Medical Assistant/Office degree

• Proficiency in usage of Windows based computers

• Medical records applications experience is preferred

Special Skills and Competencies:

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual able to work with minimum supervision.

• Have strong communications skills.

• Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and follow through on assignments

• Ability to flex work assignments and hours.
