Overview:

Client is a leading distributor within the US, is seeking a eCommerce/Shopify Site Manager. The eCommerce/Shopify Site Manager requires strong knowledge and experience with Shopify, in addition to maintaining regular updates to the Shopify store, including SEO tags, product updates, page listings and inventory management. The eCommerce/Shopify Site Manager is required to have online store management experience, including shipping updates, vendor and customer communication. The eCommerce/Shopify Site Manager will have an excellent understanding of Shopify platform, design and digital applications. The eCommerce/Shopify Site Manager will report into the General Manager of eCommerce Operations.

Location: Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid Schedule)

Pay Range: Up to 130K Annually + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the L&R store website: photo database and uploading new products, generating product descriptions, tracking inventory
• Manage online store orders and communicate with shipping/fulfillment center
• Assist in creating and sharing promotional material through Klaviyo, social media, influencers, SEO and paid search.
• Working with our graphic designers to assist with website, promotional material, and in-store branding
• Upkeep of store and physical inventory
• Product promotion through social and digital advertising

Qualifications:

• Three years or more experience with standing up and leading an ecommerce site with a demonstrated track record of driving growth, customer engagement and better than market results
• Google and social media marketing advertising skills
• Ability to confidently take on tasks and manage aspects of the business independently
• Strong verbal communication and writing skills; this job requires frequent interactions with our vendors and customers online and in person, and working closely with other employees
• Website and database management, and/or the ability to quickly learn new platforms
• Proficiency with Google Drive, the Adobe Suite, Shopify & and an ability to learn new skills where needed
• Basic photography and photo editing skills; studio photography and Adobe Photoshop editing are a plus
• Graphic design skills working with the Adobe Suite is a plus
• Experience with a POS system and retail sales
• Website creation or coding skills a plus
• Experience with API integration and management to optimize site performance and customer offerings
• Project management experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
