Digital Marketing Specialist – Corcoran Affiliate Business

Description and Summary:

The Specialist will report to the Director of Digital Marketing, and support Corcoran Franchise digital marketing campaigns through media planning, operations, and performance analysis. This role will also help onboard and maintain marketing technologies, tools, and initiatives. They will collaborate with internal marketing and product teams, media agencies, technology partners, and shared brand services.

• Point of contact for media agencies and publishers

• Collaborate with Lead Generation team on campaigns and conversion strategies

• Essential team member for budget planning, maintenance and invoice tracking

• Work with agencies and analytics teams to supervise campaigns and assist with reporting

• Assist with media planning and execution

• Coordinate between internal departments, vendors, agencies, and publishers

• Assist in building and maintaining campaign reports

• Consolidation and distribution of vendor reports

• Support for vendor management and contract review

• Review and approve website content and train affiliate partners on CMS platform

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, IT, or related field required

• 1 to 3 years preferred with Real Estate or Media Agency background

• Analytical, organized, detailed and able to find a better way

• Strong project management skills; proactive self-starter that exhibits a personal responsibility and dedication to their work; follow through and accountability

• Proficiency using the following platforms, tools, and technology is preferred: Google Analytics/360, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Facebook Business Ads Manager,MS Office/G-Suite (Excel/Sheets proficiency is a requirement), SEO Tools (SEM Rush, MOZ, etc.), Zapier, WordPress, CMSBI tools (Data Studio, Looker, TapClicks, etc.), Website fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, etc.), CRMs and email marketing platforms (HubSpot, SalesForce, Mailchimp, etc.), Project management platforms (Trello, Teams, Wrike, etc.), Functional knowledge of Adobe CS (Photoshop, InDesign)
