- Years of experience utilizing tools such as WordPress, WebFlow, Slack, Salesforce.
- Self starter attitude that strives for producing high quality work.
- High quality verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a client-facing project management role; experience in a digital marketing agency preferred.
- Time management and organizational skills, with a dedication to attention to details.
- Experience or interest in learning about the legal industry.
- Email marketing experience preferred.
What Does a Project Manager Do at Obu?
- Lead multiple digital marketing projects from conception to completion, while also working with our Account Manager and internal digital marketing team.
- Develop a full understanding of our clients working with the Account Manager and other departments to ensure deliverables align with our clients’ goals.
- Drive projects on deadline and budget by managing team hours and productivity.
- Move the project along the pipeline with enough direction and clarity to the team.
- Make decision on the spot.
- Build Tasks for accuracy.
- Quality check deliverables.
- Proactively follow up on tasks and remove any roadblocks as well as communicate updates.
