Position Overview
The Digital Growth Marketing Manager is accountable for data analysis, testing and experimentation when executing results-based marketing plans, campaigns, and events supporting the RQI Partners portfolio. This position is focused on delivering marketing initiatives aligned to achieve measurable growth of the RQI Partners portfolio of programs and services.
The Digital Growth Marketing Manager focuses on execution of digital initiatives in partnership with key internal and external colleagues, including program management, business systems, customer support, members of the field organization, and any vendor relationships.
This position is ultimately accountable for execution of digital plans, ultimately maximizing the impact of the organization’s mission by helping to save more lives.
Accountabilities
- Campaign Implementation and Tracking: Accountable for end-to-end campaign execution, such as lead nurture campaign, lead generation campaigns, channel research, search conversation rate optimization and data analytics to support future business growth.
- Leads Management: Work with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to ensure lead generation funnel fulfillment and customer service requests are optimized for efficient user experience.
- Paid Media: Collaboration with agency partners to activate PPC, display, search campaigns and monitor performance.
- Social Media Management: Planning and managing social media content calendar and channel activation across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. Fulfill employee social media content asset library.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with Content Marketing Strategist to ensure calendar alignment and planning for market-specific content needs, evergreen content, video content and more are incorporated into campaigns and social media activation.
- Market and Customer Insights: Analyze customer insights, industry trends, market analysis, and digital marketing industry best practices to ensure customers and prospects are supported across all stages of marketing.
- Measurement and Reporting: Ongoing measurement and reporting on the performance and overall effectiveness of digital activities.
- MarTech & Automation: Familiarity with marketing automation software Pardot and Salesforce Engage to execute email marketing campaigns, drip campaigns, and market-specific emails. Utilizes marketing automation, tools, and social platforms to execute and promote events that deepen engagement, ultimately resulting in advancing customers along their journey.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders (particularly Marketing Operations, Customer Impact, Programs and Business Systems teams) to plan and align with the organization’s broader digital strategy and efforts.
- Presentation & Communication Skills: Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with key stakeholders about digital initiatives, marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Marketing Impact: Establish best practices around the use of digital marketing practices to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness and lead overall approach to use of digital marketing agencies.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, digital media, communications, marketing, business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience in media buying, lead generation and acquisition strategies
- Familiarity in HTML, CSS and JavaScript preferred
- Solid knowledge of Google Suite – including Analytics, Tag Manager and Ad Studio
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
- Solid knowledge of marketing automation systems (i.e. Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot and Salesforce)
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS)
- Strong attention to detail, project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Demonstratable results-based experience in digital campaigns
- Healthcare field and hospital marketing experience preferred, not mandatory
- Valid Driver’s License.
The estimated annual base salary for this position is $85,000 to $90,000. Please note that this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, level of education attained, and/or professional certifications, years of relevant experience, special skills, etc..
