Responsibilities

  • Underwrite key markets throughout the United States
  • Monitor market conditions in identified markets
  • Build and maintain financial models of potential transactions
  • Provide supporting analysis for key financial aspects
  • Prepare investment memoranda for investment review and to raise equity and debt
  • Assist with the preparation of offers for land purchases
  • Monitor key contract dates and terms
  • Track and categorize project-related expenses relative to budget
  • Perform general analysis among other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate
  • Succinct and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A motivated self-starter, problem solver and team player
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to accomplish assigned tasks with limited guidance and supervision
