Responsibilities
- Underwrite key markets throughout the United States
- Monitor market conditions in identified markets
- Build and maintain financial models of potential transactions
- Provide supporting analysis for key financial aspects
- Prepare investment memoranda for investment review and to raise equity and debt
- Assist with the preparation of offers for land purchases
- Monitor key contract dates and terms
- Track and categorize project-related expenses relative to budget
- Perform general analysis among other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate
- Succinct and effective written and verbal communication skills
- A motivated self-starter, problem solver and team player
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to accomplish assigned tasks with limited guidance and supervision
