Job Summary

The Delivery Lead, Learning and Organizational Development will own training and development activities and initiatives for the Delivery function. Our Delivery function is a collection of several teams of consultants (what we call “Practices”). Our consultants are the primary client-facing team members who deliver projects, solutions, services to our clients.

Essential Duties

• Own instructional design and production of all training content, initiatives, and activities for the Delivery function (all consulting practices).
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts in order to source, gather, and organize raw content, design a blueprint for the training solution (storyboards, design documents, scripts, outlines, etc), and leverage various training tools and platforms to produce the solution
• Support execution and ongoing management of training activities as needed for the Delivery function
• Collaborate with Director of Learning and Organizational Development in order to evaluate the effectiveness of training items and make changes as needed
• Partner with Human Resources in order to support the ongoing professional development of the Delivery function

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience designing and producing training solutions (elearning and live online instructor-led)
• Experience in a learning and development role in a consulting services/professional services/managed services company (Microsoft Partner preferred).
• Experience in the following subject areas: technical training, platform training, professional (soft skills) training for client-facing end users
• Experience working with a wide variety of training authoring tools (examples: Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, Multimedia tools, etc)
