Innovative Pest Control is continuing to grow and add jobs to the Tyler area. We are looking for individuals who fit our culture and have the talent and skillsets necessary to achieve both our company goals and the individual’s personal goals.

Those with the following qualifications will be considered:

• 
  Must have prior routing/scheduling experience with a service company

• 
  Must have lots of attention to detail

• 
  Must have customer service experience

• 
  Must be capable of multi-tasking, handling multiple phone lines, and be proficient on a computer.

Job Duties and expected results include:

Answering phones,

Talking with potential new customers

Setting up work for existing clients.

Scheduling services routes for technicians in an efficient manner.

Office duties such as filing, data entry. helping out other office personal when needed.

The position can be full or part-time. Work hours need to be Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm - hours can be flexible. Compensation starts at $15.00 per hour - compensation is negotiable based on prior experience. Retirement plans and medical benefits are available.
