Job Description
Accurately 10 key: Enter and review orders received in a variety of ways.
Communicate: Interact with customers both internal and external to process, confirm and expedite orders.
Customer Service: Answer timely order inquiries, shipping information, pricing and other requested information.
Problem Solve: Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the operating system.
Accurately Invoice: Bill our customers for the products shipped.
