We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced freelance Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads and contacting potential customers. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Use various tools and platforms to source and qualify leads, such as LinkedIn, social media, and email campaigns
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
- Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for our products or services
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential customers and our sales team
- Continuously track and report progress on lead generation and pipeline development
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends, sales techniques, and new technologies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with potential customers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Knowledge of sales processes and techniques, including lead qualification and pipeline development
- Familiarity with various lead generation tools and techniques
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
- Availability to work on a flexible schedule and meet deadlines
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar sales role
