Your Mission
Responsible for assisting in the execution of communications strategies, tactics, and objectives as part of the Little Caesars Communications team and will be involved in a broad range of assignments to support global operations business units. This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective communications that bring business units together and inform and engage colleagues, franchisees, and external audiences. The ideal candidate will be an experienced writer and content creator who has experience working with senior leaders. They should also be able to demonstrate strong proficiency building relationships and communicating internally and cross-functionally to craft powerful stories for both internal and external audiences. Additionally, the incumbent will assist in the execution of other assignments as needed as part of the Little Caesars Communications team.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Work closely with Global Operations leadership to develop and execute global communications programs that inform and engage internal colleagues, franchisees, and external audiences
Support executive communications for Global Operations leadership including colleague and franchisee communications, presentations, and speechwriting
Identify, leverage, and integrate video, digital, social media, newsletters, and other appropriate platforms to increase the effectiveness and timeliness of communications to all relevant stakeholders
Assist in the development and execution of key internal and franchisee events throughout the year including agenda development, content creation and on-site production
Develop, create, and produce colleague and franchisee communications that update and inform, including weekly newsletters, webinars, videos, email communications and more
Serve as an editorial voice to content and provide guidance for best practices that adhere to company standards
Collaborate with other global operations services and communications team members across Little Caesars and IHI entities to execute communications programs
Who You Are
Bachelors’ degree in communications, journalism, or a related discipline.
3+ years of communications, and internal and executive communications, event management, public relations and/or digital marketing related work experience
Excellent writing and editing skills; proficient and speedy writer producing complete and quality first drafts; and detailed knowledge of AP style.
Demonstrated ability to convey executive-level speaking remarks and presentations that convey key messages effectively
Demonstrated problem solving, conflict resolution and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and good judgment. Ability to work independently/self-starter.
Evidence of proficiency in software applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust as priorities change.
The ability to accurately gather, repeat and share information in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
Demonstrate a proactive, supportive “pitch in” attitude when the team is faced with a priority deadline and share your own knowledge for the betterment of the team and the company.
Must have a passion for the profession, desire to grow professionally and a general interest in learning.
The ability to travel and adhere to LCE travel policies.
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bilingual and written fluency in Spanish will be considered advantageous
