Collections Specialist (61-90 Day) - Financial Pacific Leasing Job at Umpqua Bank
- Communicate with lessees that are 61-90 days past due via telephone, mail, or personal contact.
- Responsible for making resolution arrangements when accepting less than total due.
- Ensure individual call volume meets company standards and calls are made in a professional manner.
- Ensure assessment and collection of late charges and miscellaneous fees.
- Maintain complete and accurate collection notes on collection screens so that others will be able to understand conversations, promises and payment plans arranged with Lessees.
- Understand and utilize Artiva status coding appropriately.
- Perform extensions, rewrites and forbearance agreements as needed within their authority level or with approval of management.
- Prepare repossession authorization packets as needed.
- Provide highest level of Customer Service to all lessees, vendors, brokers and staff.
- Notify supervisor of any significant situations which may cause harm or loss to the company
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all Financial Pacific Company managers and staff.
- Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations that apply to your position, and keep up to date on regulation changes.
- Maintain working knowledge of our policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations that apply to your position.
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

The pay range for this role is $39,104.00-$41,080.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
