CNC Programmer/Operator Job at Edge Outdoors
Now hiring experienced CNC Programmer. The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience including programming and editing CNC software. This is for a full-time position, including full benefits.
Responsibilities of the CNC Programmer/Operator:
- Performs Machine set up
- Ability to read blueprints
- Must be able to use micrometers, gauges, and calipers
- CNC experience a plus
- Fabrication experience a plus
- Must be able to operate a forklift and overhead crane
- Requires extensive knowledge of various metals and of measurements used in machining processes.
- Determines dimensions and tolerances of piece to be machined, sequence of operations and machines required by studying specifications, such as blueprints, sketches, damaged parts or descriptions of parts.
- Computes cutting speeds, feed rates and dimensions
Requirements of the CNC Programmer/Operator:
- High school or equivalent
- Basic machinist tools required
- 5 years of experience
- Must be willing to work overtime when needed
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must have Driver’s License

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
