CMM Operator Job at Vale Group
Vale Group has partnered with a company in the Aerospace industry, based in Fort Worth, who is actively searching for an experienced CMM Operator.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience.

CMM Operator requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience operating CMM or other measuring equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies and production methods
CMM Operator responsibilities:
- Set up and configure the machine for each part to be inspected according to specific instructions provided by the Quality Control department.
- Conduct measurements of various parts using the machine and record results accurately.
- Use software and computer systems to analyze data and prepare reports on the quality of parts inspected.
- Familiarize yourself with the basic operation and function of the coordinate measuring machine.
- Identify and report any deviations or non-conformities in the parts inspected to the Quality Control department for further review.
- Ensure the machine is maintained and calibrated properly to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
