Requirements:
- Prior client relationship management experience or business owner
- Self- Starter
- Customer relationship skills
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and client-management skills are essential
- Strategic thinking and the confidence and ability to plan ahead and stay the course
- Communicator and negotiator
- Marketing skills
- Presentation skills
- Negotiating skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Duties:
- Know or learn about the company and the services that we provide
- Know or learn the features and benefits of the services we provide and articulate the advantages to clients
- Support the sales team by providing research when available to do so
- Learn how to prepare business plans for clients and meet with them to align with company goals and initiatives
- Meet with clients to manage the relationship and coordinate tasks the client needs to complete and keep them on track
- Also, coordinate to keep the company on track with tasks that need to be completed for the clients
- Proven success in building positive relationships and communication with partners, internal staff, and clients
- Utilize and maintain tracking with our CRM tool to keep track of and update activity with servicing our clients
- Coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and communicating expectations internally, externally and with clients
- Calling and emailing clients, scheduling meetings with clients, and pulling in the right resources to accomplish what the client needs
- Partner with the Client Services Manager to implement services that need to be delivered
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Job Type: Full-time
Average Pay Range: $50,000 - $75,000+ per year through revenue sharing of clients you service.
