Responsibilities/ requirements include:
- Prepare cakes: slice/ fill/ crumb coat and ice cakes- must be PROFICIENT with basic icing skills.
- Any fondant expereience is great, but not required.
- Be able to use a variety of piping bags and tips when decorating cakes.
- Maintain a well-organized work area to prevent potentially costly mistakes.
- Work efficiently.
- Be able to follow todays trends, and have a good eye for design. Understanding of the color wheel/ color theory is helpful!
- Icing cupcakes for daily case/ help icing custom cupcakes
We are more than willing to help you grow and learn in the cake decorating field, but we are not looking for a beginner. Applicant MUST have prior cake decorating experience, preferably in a high volume operation. We follow all the trends, and are always trying something new!
Shifts average at 8 hours each. Preferably 4 weekdays/ 1 weekend shift ( 5 shifts per week). Must be dependable. Must be a team player! MUST be able to stand for 8 hour shift. Must be able to keep station CLEAN, help with sidework and cleaning of kitchen. Closing shift requires mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing of all stations.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
