Job Overview:
Legacy Supply Chain is hiring a Business Administrator to support our Franklin, IN operation. As a Business Administrator, you will be responsible for reconciliation of monthly statements to ensure accurate posting of revenue and cost with each business unit. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match.

  • Monday through Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm

What should I expect as a Business Administrator?
  • Responsible for collecting and posting all vendor invoices.
  • Validating vendor invoices are accurate and working with the vendor if not accurate.
  • Interact with vendors regarding possible future relationships.
  • Recording and reporting all facility cost weekly/monthly.
  • Recording and reporting revenue statements by client weekly/monthly.
  • Reconciliation of monthly statements to ensure accurate posting of revenue and cost with business unit and Legacy AP monthly.
  • Proactively assess possible delays and work with business unit to strategically plan to avoid or minimize them.
  • Develop and implement new systems, procedures or working practices that improve efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What are we looking for in a Business Administrator?
  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years Business Administration in a high-volume transaction environment.
  • Experience in Direct to Consumer, Direct Mail, Direct Marketing or Order Fulfillment and knowledge of supply chain processes and systems, desired.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and efficiently manage time and projects, working under time constraints while still recognizing the importance of accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to interact effectively and build relationships with both internal and external customers is required; in a professional manner, while maintaining a complete understanding of both client and company expectations.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with direct reports, colleagues, clients and vendors.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to effectively utilize reporting tools to analyze client trends and anticipate needs.
  • Effective decision making and problem-solving skills.
