Notes Live is currently accepting applications for a Barback/Busser to join our rapidly growing team. Our Barback/Busser will become an integral part of the success of our world-class hospitality and entertainment brand in Gainesville, GA. Notes Live is parent company to award winning restaurant and entertainment properties Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse and Tavern, Boot Barn Hall, and the recently announced Sunset Amphitheater.

The Barback/Busser is directly responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, which allows other departments to focus on the guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Welcome and respond to guests in a friendly and positive manner.
• Consistently collect, wash, sanitize and restock all glassware, plateware, and barware.
• Efficiently and continuously re-stock bartender and serving stations with liquor, ice, fruit, straws, and napkins, as necessary.
• Cleans and resets all tables in the bar area, dining room, and patio.
• Maintain an organized work area.
• Proactively cleans and resets tables.
• Properly disposes of broken glassware.
• Rotate and restock produce, beer, and wine, in coolers and at the bar.
• Ensure that inventory for drinks is full and well stocked.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local health regulations.

Requirements

· Must be at least 18 years old.

· Walk or stand for extended periods of time.

· Perform functions which require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing, and stocking up to 50 lbs.

· Must be able to move beer kegs up to 160 lbs.

· Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere

· Demonstrating an elevated level of organization, attention-to-detail, and a sense-of-urgency

· Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
