Position Summary: The Application Support Analyst serves as a liaison between IT, property accounting, Accounts Payable, and operations on the accounting software platforms. This position will be responsible for supporting all application users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues or escalate to the appropriate support team to best serve residents and the company with a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring users questions are resolved timely and concerns are treated with the utmost importance.

• Manage requests via ticketing system
• Analyze and resolve requests
• Identify repeat requests, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend the appropriate solution to reduce repetitive requests
• Provide remote training or direction to additional training resources
• Escalate concerns and/or complex requests to appropriate support team member or management
• Ensure ticket resolution addresses client needs with appropriate level of detail and within a reasonable timeframe
• Maintains user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
• Assist with various projects based on company needs
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
• Work with other departments to maintain effective processes within ticketing system

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
• Preferred Industry Specific Software: ZenDesk/Yardi, RealPage/Onesite and/or Entrata
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
