Lakehouse Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, formally known as Walker Methodist Health Center, is looking for an experienced and passionate Admissions Coordinator who is highly motivated, and detail-oriented to join our team at our prestigious skilled-nursing facility.

The Admissions Coordinatoris responsible for assessment, referral and admission activities. At Lakehouse Healthcare and Rehab Center we know that as a healthcare professional you have many options. What you will bring to the table:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Experience in a similar role highly preferred
