Accounts Payable Clerk Job at BraunAbility
This position is responsible for processing accounts payable invoices and related paperwork accurately, efficiently and timely to ensure proper use of the corporation’s cash outflows. This position is responsible for interaction with other Accounting team members, other internal BraunAbility departments and external vendors.

· Three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documentation and invoices.
· Review all invoices and credit memos for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
· Data entry of invoice information into document management and ERP systems.
· Sort and distribute incoming mail.
· Process check requests.
· Reconcile, audit and process credit card bills.
· Match invoices to checks prior to distribution of checks.
· Respond to vendor inquiries.
· Assist in month end closing.
· Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
· Assist with other projects as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
