Webasto Roof Systems Inc. is currently recruiting for a Sr. Sales (Account) Manager located at their Headqaurters in Auburn Hills, MI.

Job Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new global projects according to product and customer strategy including preparation of cost break downs
- Providing continuous customer support across all gateways of the product evolution process (PEP)
- Autonomous negotiation of modification packages in the field of production as well as tooling costs and warranty costs
- Preparation of multi-annual price negotiations
- Identification of competitor activities and strategies of the customer and provision of market and competitor information to Market Intelligence
- Build and maintain sustainable relationship with all important departments of the OEM
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- 10+ years automotive experience in area of sales or business development, preferably Tier 1 Supplier &/or Stellantis
Distinctive cost awareness
Strong negotiating and conflict management skills
