Air and Liquid Systems is a custom manufacturer specializing in air and liquid filtration equipment. Our customers are large scale industrial facilities that consist of, automotive, cabinetry, recreational vehicles, food manufacturing and, everything in between.

Work is primarily one-off/prototype and short-run production in nature depending on active jobs. We seek highly motivated people who take pride in quality workmanship and excel in the daily challenges of working on custom projects for customers who expect the best. Punctuality and reliable attendance are required to meet customer forecasted deadlines.

The ideal candidate is an experienced fabricator with strong print-reading/layout and MIG/TIG abilities on mild and stainless steel.

Requirements Include:

• 3+ years MIG/TIG welding of steel / stainless / aluminum. Exceptions possible if other skills required are strong
• 3+ years blueprint reading/layout/fit up
• Operating overhead crane/Hi-Lo/vertical band saw
• Ability to work independently and complete work in a timely manner
• Participation in general shop work
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time, climb ladders, lift, up to 60 pounds.

Entry level pay for this position as posted is $23/hr. Highly qualified applicants will start higher. We are offering a $3,000 signing bonus payable after 90 days of satisfactory work performance. Additionally, there is potential for a pay increase at the end of the 90-day evaluation period for employees who have demonstrated their ability to make a valuable contribution to the team. The company holds bi-annual feedback sessions with each employee during which development and compensation are considered. Efficiency and consistency are key performance factors.

AWS certifications is a plus but not mandatory.

This is a full-time position with possible overtime. Ability to work overtime on a 2-3 day notice is required.

Background checks and drug testing may be performed.
