About this role
As a Web Developer at WhiskerCloud, you'll be a key part of creating a magical experience for our customers. The ideal candidate has an eye for details and a solid understanding of DNS configuration to set websites live. This remote, mid-level position is a great opportunity to continue an exciting career in website development.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and launch approved websites for veterinary clinics
- Email and Data Migrations to Google Workspace
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders and team members
- Audit and provide detailed feedback to initial design process
- Help develop and document new systems and processes improvements
- Autonomously support customers with requests for website edits and other queries
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide resolutions in a confident and easily digestible manner
- Assist in the onboarding process and act as resource for new team members
- Build rapport, going above and beyond for every customer you interact with via the Hubspot ticketing system
About You
- 2-3 years of web design experience in front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, and Wordpress
- Understanding of DNS, Cloudflare, Domain and web hosting platforms, such as WPEngine
- Good understanding of the setup and management of web hosting environments
- Strong client-facing and interpersonal communication skills
- Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that website will adhere to them
- Great multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize time
- Nice to have, but not required: Canva, Google My Business, AirTable, Hubspot, Trello, and Photoshop

This is a non-exempt, full-time position, starting at $28/hr, commensurate with experience.
