About the Whatcom Dispute Resolution Center: The WDRC carries a vision for Whatcom County to be a community in which people approach conflict in creative and healthy ways. With a mission of providing and promoting constructive and collaborative approaches to conflict, the WDRC offers mediation, training, facilitation, coaching, supervised visitation, and restorative practices. This project will build capacity throughout the organization through the intersecting work of data, systems, outreach, and development.

Position Duties: The VISTA will primarily assist with building capacity for development and outreach activities; including: developing systems and processes for client services, marketing and outreach, event planning, grant research, evaluation and reporting, systems for donor engagement and volunteer appreciation.
