Position Summary:

Under limited supervision, safely analyzes and coordinates warranty claims including processing and reviewing warranties and warranty inquiries to maintain customer relations. Advises dealers of repair or replacement of parts for best possible problem resolution, analyzes claims to determine recalling parts and warranty charge backs. Inspects returned parts.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users of sweeping products.

Responds to inquiries concerning warranty issues and complaints, demonstrating our commitment to maintaining good customer service relations.

Review warranty applications and inspects returned components or products for analysis.

Coordinates warranties between dealers and warranty inspection to process claims and achieve timely settlements and/or responses. Prepares documentation to aid in claim processing.

Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Operations regarding changes to products and/or procedures to assist in problem resolution.

Reviews and makes recommendations for manual instructions to improve or enhance customer usage and understanding. Provides information to reduce/eliminate confusion experienced by end user and dealer with regards to product usage, performance and warranty.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):

Strong verbal and listening skills to communicate via phone.

Ability to read blue prints and interpret manuals.

Good computer related skills to include excel and word

Excellent trouble shooting skills.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED required.
